Standard Process and Tribal Diet Product Orders
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Please carefully review your order for accuracy before submission.

Order Changes - Once your order is submitted, it cannot be changed or modified.

Product Replacement - If your product arrives damaged, we will issue a replacement or refund. Please email clear pictures of the damaged product to bewell@tribaldiet.com.
Return Policy for Products
Return Eligibility:

Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Exceptions for Opened Products:

Opened products may only qualify for a return if they are defective or do not meet quality standards. Please contact us immediately to report any concerns.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed as follows:

Unopened Products - Eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days.

Opened Products - Defective or unsatisfactory items may qualify for a refund after evaluation.

Refund Processing - Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account.
Return Abuse Policy
Frequent or excessive returns are monitored. Customers flagged for return abuse may be required to ship the product back at their own expense.
Exceptions & Additional Fees

Orders over $500 may require product returns for inspection. These returns are subject to a 20% processing fee for administrative and handling costs.
Order Cancellations

Before Shipping - If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, contact us immediately at bewell@tribaldiet.com.

After Shipping - Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return under the above policies.

Returns & Refunds for Non-Standard Process Products

Digital Products - All digital items, including protocols, assessments, consultations, and courses, are non-refundable.

Diagnostic Tests - Tests already sent to a lab for processing cannot be refunded.
Order Violations
Orders canceled for violations of Standard Process, Tribal Diet and other product vendor's Terms of Use—such as unauthorized reselling, shipping to distribution warehouses, or drop-shipping—are not eligible for returns, refunds, or credits.
